![]() The server works fine, but it has more people flying around, so it's not an issue in multiplayer. 2) The basic problem with resources not respawning is related to respawns and rendering. It is essentially single player but its much more reliable and configurable. ![]() I haven't had this issue for some time in single player, but then, I am fully built and don't need much in the way of resources now in single player. Play a private non-dedicated session instead. stop, hop of your bird and stay a few minutes. Try doing a flyby once in a while to render in those resource areas. It doesn't have a respawn timer when I'm in the game though, but every time I start one up I have to wait that long to get into the game. I don't know how to fix it and I need help. The other thing in single player is those resources are in areas of the map that are in stasis unless you are there. Every time I start a new non-dedicated server I get a respawn timer every time I start for 20 minutes. What you see is no respawn as the timers are always starting fresh. If you play a bunch of little short 10 minute sessions, nothing will repsawn in that short a time, and those timers MAY be reset everytime you start the game. I managed to log in after like an hour but have a 30min respawn timer Every time I leave and join back to the server it always resets to 29mins. exit before respawn resulted in a long long time before they returned.īear in mind, those resources have respawn timers. 30 Minute respawn timer on Official Servers went down for some reason, unsure if it was dossed or something but it’s an official PvP server. There was an issue a long time ago where resources would not respawn in single player just as you described. This allows for the player(s) to simply set a timer to come back when its ready to feed or when it will need more narcotics since no land animal or dinosaur. Setting it higer will respawn them slower. Setting it lower, such as 0.70, will respawn them faster. 30 min respawn By Okyman Februin ARK: Survival Evolved (PS4) Share Followers 0 Reply to this topic Start new topic Okyman Members Reputation: 0 Posts: 6 Report post Posted FebruMy player can spawn in instantly, but all my friends have a 30m timer before they can get in. Best work around is to turn resource respawn period to minimum, trees and rocks respawn in about a minute and metal in about 4 minutes, this way theyve almost certainly respawned before you turn the game off. When it is NOT set to zero, what number do you set it too? You can lose dinos that way.īut, back to your question. This will instantly respawn resources if you are not standing next to them or looking at them. If its the other ones mentioned just leave render distance/subzone for a while.Īlso if in single player you can change the settings to have things respawn faster too but becareful that you dont have it too fast.Be careful of setting your respawn timer to 0. If its due to structures you need to rethink building placement if important respawns of creatures or resources are important to you. Thus which actually issue you're experiencing with respawns is not clear. If you are playing in single player and not on a server, those respawn times can be even worse because when you exit the game everything goes on pause. If you leave the subzone/render distance for a few minutes and return then respawns of things can happen though resources will take longer on a different timer. If you kill something, and stay in the area, respawns can be much slower. If you build too close and your no respawn invisible radius crosses over the node's spawn, then creatures will not respawn.Īlso maps are divided into subzones that render creatures and resources around you when you are there and go into stasis when you or others are not there. More placed the more area of course becomes a no respawn point.ĭinos respawn in specific node spots. Its a circular radius that prevents respawning invisibly radiating out from 1 foundation when placed. If you're wanting things to respawn around you, you cant have structures like foundations etc around.
